Louisville, KY - Client Manager
The Client Manager at The Oliver Group will proactively communicate with and respond to client needs in order to increase client knowledge, usage, retention and satisfaction and to identify revenue opportunities, growing The Oliver Group’s gamut of services. This role will report to the Vice-President and will be responsible for guiding and fulfilling external client needs and relationships, in tandem with TOG Consultants, supported by the Client Services administrative staff. Qualified candidates for this role will include polished mid-level business professionals who possess the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor degree
- Advanced degree (especially MBA or Master in Organizational Development) desirable
- 10 + years general business, including 5+ years management experience
- Customer relationship management skills and experience
- Ability to influence large groups of people and articulate values of a service
- Experience in problem identification and providing solutions for clients
- Experience maintaining proactive communications with 30+ diverse clients
- Experience initiating, managing and completing multifaceted projects for clients
- Prior Predictive Index® knowledge or training is a plus
- Superior oral and written communication skills
This role will assist with the resolution of client business issues using The Oliver Group’s services and tools in order to enhance TOG relationships, increase understanding of all services and expand TOG revenue within the client group. Duties for this role include:
- Proactive and reactive communication with clients via phone, email, and person-to-person through the following avenues:
- Client retention and sustainability
- Assist consultants with preparation, analysis and delivery of strategic consulting projects
- Reach clients and identify new opportunities for TOG to support clients with additional services in order to meet client goals, discovering unmet client needs in the process
- Contact newly assigned clients and stay in touch with existing clients and their longtime and new employees to maintain awareness and engagement with TOG
- Measure and analyze client data and trends to understand the value and impact of TOG’s work with and overall satisfaction of the clients
