Louisville, KY – Senior Consultant
The Senior Consultant for The Oliver Group will be a key contributor to The Oliver Group's continued success in the management consulting industry through sales, marketing and account management. This person will work with clients and expand relationships and add value to their businesses.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Proven ability to become trusted advisor to clients
- Experience working with CEO, COO, CFO and VP levels
- Experience with complex business situations
- Minimum of 7 years general business management experience (including staff management, budgeting, P& L responsibilities, etc)
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Speaking experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of strategic planning and execution, succession planning and leadership team development
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Finance or similar field
- Advanced degree is a plus
- 10 years track record of success in consistently meeting quota targets selling intangible services in complex business environments
