This workshop is a powerful leadership development experience utilizing the Predictive Index® (PI) management tool. PI measures the work-related behaviors and motivating needs of the people in your organization.

To register for the Predictive Index Workshop, complete this information sheet and return to the Oliver Group via e-mail: kwilliams@olivergroup.com or fax: (502) 241-1913. Enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration and Payment Policy:

Registration must be received within 48 hours of workshop date.
Payment must be received 5 days prior to workshop and should be sent to:

If you are unable to attend the workshop, a substitute may be sent in your place.
Anyone who does not cancel and does not attend is responsible for the full registration fee.
With a minimum of two weeks notice, you may reschedule your workshop.
There will be a 50% change fee per person if you cancel or reschedule the date of your workshop with less than two weeks notice.
If you do not attend within 12 months of original registration, you will be charged the complete workshop fee to attend.
